A one-time  $100 enrollment fee  applies to all new members. This covers onboarding, your initial health assessment, and account setup.  Enrollment fee is waived  when annual payment is made upfront. Please note: if a membership is cancelled, re-enrollment carries a  $250 re-enrollment fee.

Walk-ins and one-time appointments are always welcome — no referral, no insurance paperwork. Book online and come in. You'll get the same physician and the same unhurried, 60-minute visit.

Many patients start with a Saturday visit and convert to membership once they experience the difference. Ask us about enrollment at your visit.
